I want to sit back with a cup of tea, a good book, and peace of mind.
I don’t want to worry about money, annoying coworkers, posting on social media.
I want to learn to bake fantastic cakes.
I don’t want to be attached to my phone because I have a million balls in the air and I’m waiting for people to get back to me.
I want a comfortable nook where I can write all the stories that clog my brain, uninterrupted.
I don’t want to die before I write everything I have to write.
Why am I telling you this? Oh, only because this fall I’ll be hiring between 2-4 interns to help me run La Pluma y La Tinta. This organization is a labor of love, but it’s taking over my life. It’s time I came up for air. Stay tuned!
